Without knowing what you want to make, I'm at a loss to absolutely tell
you but you can buy concentrates (look on the web) and for other things
like amaretto, rum, tequila and hazelnut flavors from this site:

I just checked and you appear to be in Europe but there are other
companies that make the same booze-free products.
Keep in mind that if you're cooking it, the alcohol will evaporate.

Spend it being a real friend? You know you can't make real friends
until you become one. ;-) Good job on 5 weeks, fwiw. The fact that you
reality tested the drinking on antibuse is a good sign. If you ever get
any other of what I call, terminally brilliant ideas, feel free to bounce
them around. ;-)
